If anyone decides to help on recruiting, the best strategies from my experience are as follows:
- A macro to spam once in awhile into the guildrecruitment channel to inform newcomers and existing players we are recruiting. You can include a quip for our site for more info.
Pugging - I know it's not very popular but if people see us in action they might want to join us. Never hurts to bring someone on several runs that is unguilded and eventually offer an invite to them or point them to our recruitment form if they want to think about it.
Helping others - You'd be surprised how far helping someone can go. If we assist others in game, they just might consider joining us.
Now I'm no expert at recruiting but these are methods that have worked for me in the past. Everyone has their own methods so feel free to try what you can. Members flagged as veterans still have the power to invite someone but make sure to inform an officer or myself if you do invite them. We have to update their notes to reflect main or alt. Also, I'm up for any questions or ideas you might have on the form or information posted here so please post it here, thanks!
