Digging through some old quests... [Private Server]

I was digging through some old quests (and item IDs) when I stumbled onto this. I kinda chuckled since I didn't realize what they named it (or that there was an achievement for it):
I gave that lich a phylactery shard. Liches love phylactery shards.
