This is an in game calender, we will start using. It is perfect for setting up runs, or justs getting help help with hard quests. Please download.

No need to apologize for the multiple posts. It's the only way to get the point across.
One of the biggest problems we've had about instances is scheduling them, and I think Alacor's solution is going to be the best bet. Not everyone has an account on or views the forums regularly enough to sign-up for a run, and the guild message of the day only goes so far.
Add a blurb about Group Calendar to the MOTD sometime. Maybe a link to the forums for people to read since I don't think there's enough space in the MOTD to add the full Group Calendar link...
