No need to apologize for the multiple posts. It's the only way to get the point across.
One of the biggest problems we've had about instances is scheduling them, and I think Alacor's solution is going to be the best bet. Not everyone has an account on or views the forums regularly enough to sign-up for a run, and the guild message of the day only goes so far.
Add a blurb about Group Calendar to the MOTD sometime. Maybe a link to the forums for people to read since I don't think there's enough space in the MOTD to add the full Group Calendar link...
