Here's a site that helps you figure out what server has Citadel of Flame and Crucible of Eternity open. Since you are able to guest to 2 different servers a day, you can guest to whatever server has the door open so you don't have to do the whole event chain on Janthir to get access to these dungeons. Just make sure to hit the "North America" button so you get what's open in our side of the world!

Hmm, I should probably copy that fiddle now that I think about it in case it gets deleted.

Basically, it's just a script using jQuery to directly query the GW2 API server, so it can be hosted anywhere. JS Fiddles can persist indefinitely unless the author deletes them (I think).
