Some interesting things: Looks like the Steam link will be available (stream from a gaming rig in your house to a TV), controllers, etc.
The Steam machines are a bit pricey and underpowered, though...

Yeah. Personally, the Steam Machines are waaaaaaaay overpriced for the hardware, but the controllers look interesting. Same for the other gizmo "Steam Link." That looks interesting.
