I got the option to join the beta for some new scifi MMO called Defiance. When I decided to take a look, it shows some promise. Interesting new concept of Transmedia. Worth checking the videos on the supplied link as well as the official site. Once they email me the stuff to get the client downloaded, I'll be able to take a look at this.

It plays out simultaneously with events on a show on syfy.
