Well as the first to respond, welcome to the guild! Since you are new to the forums, and I have verified you are in guild, I have set your forum permissions so you can see more of the info in our forums. If you browse on over to 'The Guild' forum from the board index, you will find the teamspeak3 setup guide with the info you are looking for. It is a stickied post at the top!
