Sapling Growth Bug

Minecraft isn't just a chip off the ol' block. It's an addictive and deceptively complicated construction sandbox game. Play in survival mode (multiplayer, too!) while building fortifications to protect against zombie hordes--and other baddies that appear during the night--or try your hand at massive projects in creative mode. We run a local Minecraft server instance for guild members and others on an invite-only basis. See the sticky posts in this forum for details!

Sapling Growth Bug

Postby Zancarius » Thu Jan 12, 2012 5:09 pm

We recently moved our Minecraft server instance back to CraftBukkit so we can once again manage it with the wide variety of useful administrative plugins supported by the Bukkit community. Unfortunately, as with all development-quality software, CraftBukkit's recommended build for Minecraft v1.0.1 has a few problematic issues. Chiefly, if you've recently planted a tree farm, you'll notice that your saplings may have disappeared. This is due to a bug the tree growth detection code and has been fixed in the latest snapshot which we're currently running.

I apologize for the inconvenience.
I gave that lich a phylactery shard. Liches love phylactery shards.
