Well, that patch was horrifically huge. I do like the changes in it though so I might try out some more pvp again to see what it is like now. The arena fighting sounds neat but I'd have to be with some 'Goons hehe.

Thal, you might want to seriously reconsider not PVPing with Ith.

The boards have been in an uproar over the patch. It seems Locks now have a pet that can very nearly solo a Warrior in of themselves. Cloak of Shadows seems to do little in the way of offsetting the sheer power of them.

Also, intended or not, Hunters now seem to be dominating PVP like a Pre Patch Undead Warlock could only dream.

The cost of honor tokens for PVP rewards has increased from the last known patch. The amount of honor tokens you get vs. the old system has been reduced from roughly 1/10 of "honor" you earned before to 1/100th.

I wish I was making this stuff up... It seems I'm not missing out on much.

PVP seems to be the same old thing just nerfed honor from killing horde. I didn't come across those problems listed above. It was the typical, ooh shiny kill kill kill. Never got a chance to see those demons in action because they died way too fast.

It seems to me that most warlocks went with demonology simply for the stupid felguard (I must've seen about 50 felguards running around over the course of less than an hour). I'd like to believe that destruction is still the way, the truth, and the light. Leastwise, I'd rather my warlock be useful in an instance insofar as contributing DPS solo (without the worries of a pet) and utilize my pet as an augmentation. If the comments about the felguard are true, demonolgy warlocks are going to get the nerf bat faster than you can say "I'm a paladin."
