So I was reading on wow insider. Latest patch notes indicate that lvl85 non heroic instances will now award justice points for each boss. Also they are doubling the amount of justice points from the daily reward. Cited to make gearing for heroics easier.

That will be a nice change. Did they say when? I know a lot of the changes I've read that are major like that seem to be not happening until their first major patch.
Update: Seems its on the PTR right now but no date as to when they will do that on the live servers.
