Okay, this was funny...

Hahaha! These things are weird man... I've gotten suggested phrases like "Theoretical Investigation", "Artistic (read: Autistic) Control", and "Trusting Countenance".

I think its a way to make your order process go by faster. It's sort of a convenience thing. I could be wrong though.

No, you're right. It's a pure convenience thing to avoid having to log in (but you have to create it first). I'm sure it has its uses, but I don't use one; increased convenience usually means decreased security.
Besides, on systems that support it, you should generally treat your password as a passphrase. Once you get beyond 8-12 characters, brute-forcing any well designed system becomes prohibitive.
