Turus might be interested to know that they're considering buffing prot warriors such that they gain rage whenever they dodge or parry an attack. This is important: There'll be little need to gear down when tanking lower level dungeons!

Are we sure this is legit? I'm having trouble believing some of these lock buffs (Replenishment on Soul Leech, w00t!) and the comments seem rather vague.

One thing to keep in mind is that these appear to be preliminary patch notes. Things are likely to be revised and changed before 3.1 goes beta.
