I'd have liked to seen the "mark" that brush left. I can assure you from past experience that brushes do not hurt that much (my younger sister used to chuck them at me all the time). People make things to be more than what they really are these days. I think the battery charge is a bit excessive, she should at least be repremanded for the intent to cause harm but seriously it was a hair brush!
