Just in case anyone wanted to know...

Guess I need to go get a blue gem for my helm since it's been nerfed in AP (slightly) but its over crit has been increased (also slightly). Drat. I'm also not quite exalted with the Alliance Vanguard--they have an interesting smithing pattern that might be useful to tanks.
On the other hand, TG should now enjoy no penalty to total hit (though, the 25% base penalty for dual wielding still applies).

I gave that lich a phylactery shard. Liches love phylactery shards.
