This may come as no surprise to anyone, but there are definitely 80's on Terenas now. I just saw two: Donnut and Emerus, both mages.

Last who I did a few days ago turned up with about 45 80s Alliance side. No clue how many are on Horde side, but I'd imagine it's easily in the hundreds now (for both).
I gave that lich a phylactery shard. Liches love phylactery shards.
