The Black Raven Dragoons have a live chat service which provides our members with a means of keeping in touch with each other no matter where they happen to be! The service itself is still in beta, but I'm posting it here as a sticky in the hopes we can get more people to pop on.

The 'goon Live Chat is also an excellent source to ask technical questions. Many of our members are highly computer literate, so if you're having a problem, don't hesitate to ask!

Popping in a new post to remind people about the live 'goon chat for when you're unable to play the game (or don't want to). Thanks to Killem and Sno, we have a pretty regular group on the chat server anywhere between 6:30PM-11PM Mountain Time. Here are some highlights in case you're still reluctant:

• Requires no additional software, works in your browser
• All major browsers and platforms supported (Firefox, MSIE, Safari, Chrome, Opera)*
• Adjustable poll rate for higher latency connections

* Any recent browser should work fine, but the chat server has been tested on Firefox 2 and 3, MSIE 6 and 7, and Opera 9.3 or later. Specifically, any recent Gecko-based (including Epiphany), MSHTML, WebKit, or Presto based browser should work.

Does it have terminal-based browser support?

Hmm, if it supports JavaScript, yes. But since I don't think any terminal browsers do, no.
