I am trying to work out our raid schedule so that I have time for everything and still able to keep folks interested to reduce burnout and folks quitting with the expansion looming. When I read your post about the carrot dangling with ten more levels and more of the same.... well it hit home. Anyway if I can figure out how to do everything and still find time to play with my dwarf I'd love to spend some time with da goons. Any of your friends are welcome to holler at me on my horde toon Beechnut if they need a lowly alliance tank. Nothing special, but he's able to tank kara if they ever find themselves short.

Definitely. I need to pester Caryss and Alikasia since they went Horde-side and get them in touch with you. I haven't actually heard from them in quite a while, and I can't remember the names of their Horde characters off-hand. I'm sure they'd appreciate hooking up with some like-minded folks since the Armed and Hammered crew is quite similar to us, except Horde-side!

But... yeah, the carrot thing sort of struck me when I first read it several months back from someone else who had quit. It dawned on me that sinking time into the game was really taking away from other endeavors of mine that had been more or less pushed back with university load taking its toll and my ever-dwindling free time. Thankfully now, I can actually do some catching up without additional stress! This is part of why I love forums, though. I can keep in touch with everyone and vice-versa.

I feel ya. My classes start Thursday of this week. Trying to be full time husband, full time dad, full time employee, part time student, and a guild leader gets a little overwhelming at times. Lucky my guildies and co-GM's are so patient and understanding.

lol, at my age I should be. I am working on finishing my BAAS in business. I quit college after two years to start working and support a family. So now I'm going back to finish up what I started.

Hey, it's never wasted to be honest. I should have been done with a master's by now with the way I've gone, but I could never make up my mind. And well, RL gets in the way a little.
