Methinks the NYT doesn't even know what a troll is. Read the bit about trolls "often" using "lulz" as a means of keeping score.

I read and heard about this. All I had to say was it's been around forever and they are just now making it like its some kind of new news. How retarded is that? Trolling goes way back to friggan caveman paintings I bet. Trolling is funny in my opinion since people always seem to fall for it. You see it coming a mile away and you know flame bait when you see it. So I'd like to vote "HAH!".
