Thal I really do not know what to say.

I have gained many friends, and yes I use that term correctly, from playing wow. You are among my favorite. If you needed anything and it was in my power, I would help, even though we have never met. Even as little as I play lately, I still will still miss your humor. TS will never be the same. I thought WOW was an ok game untill I joined the Goons. You, Turus, Lith, Vest and Sno is what kept me playing. I learned so much from you about this game. You are the only reason I started seriously looking into tanking. When you got burned out and stopped tanking, it felt different. Runs were not as smooth. You were one of the best tanks I have ever had the pleasure to play with. I never realized how good of a player you were till I became a Holy Paladin. Trust me a healer knows if a tank can tank or if a DPS has a brain.

I hope this is not the end for you in game. I almost quit myself. I want to have fun again with this game. And that to me is not gearing up or progressing to the next level. I know a lot of people thought you had to be in the "in crowd" to do a run for a long time. Well it was mostly because we just had a group of people that truly enjoyed playing together and having fun. We didn't have to worry about who needed what gear, who needed to learn how to play their class the way it was supposed to be played or any of the monotonous crap. Hell some of our best times was getting our ass handed to us. Then we would figure out how to get it done right.

It was a pleasure to play with you. I hope we both continue playing casually and having fun. If me and you are on look me up. I would rather hang out with a friend for a while rather that work on a character. If you need rep, lets do it. As long as you promise to get in TS.

As to burn out.

I never got burnt out healing. I loved it. It was the first time I felt like I contributed anything in game to the guild. Other people started working on their healing so I stepped aside to let them learn and gear. My interest in tanking was because I wanted the guild to have a Tank that could "control" a run. I missed you being the tank. I still want to learn how to be a good tank just because of you. Yes, reputation grinding blows goats that is why I do not do them. Through my research I found tanking is not that bad in needing rep grinding (plate wearers). I hope to see you Sat. Me and Turus want to do an old instance run day, get drunk on TS, and have fun. I would love to do it with my dear friend. No stress, no goals, just go in, be goofy, and have fun. Remember "if you F***K a man in anger......"

Your friend,

Jerry
