If you are interested in participating in the WOTLK Beta then you might wanna go to www.worldofwarcraft.com and follow the "manage account" link. After you login you will see a button on your account details page that simply says "WOTLK Beta Opt-In". Choose that and then choose to accept the terms and your account is then eligible to be selected for the Beta. Those who are selected will be notified by email so be sure to double-check the email addy you used to create your account.
