Ok, we had a meeting with the Runic Raiders and they would like to party with us for Gruul's Lair. Before we can do that though we need to do some cooperative things with them(party with them in 5 and 10 mans) so we can get to know them better and vice versa. They do have a clean chat policy so we will have to save our creative chat for guildchat when we are grouped with them since they do have younger kids in their guild. At the moment though, we aren't officially doing anything with them yet since they are spreading word to their guildies about this possible cooperation and seeing how good the idea will be. This is the reason for this post.

I need to know how many would be interested in partying up with the Runic Raiders? This means joining another GEM channel and chat channel as well as working with them in end game content(heroics, 25 man and 10 man raids). They use the same loot rules we do which is known as the friendly roll system so there is no dkp or point system involved. They are almost identical to our guild in policy and times of availability. Some benefits I like the sound of is the combined numbers to do Karazhan. What better way to get into Kara than have 2 different Kara runs you can participate in possibly.

If you are interested in partying up, let me know what raid times would be good for you. So far we have given them the general time of Friday afternoons, Saturdays, and Sundays. They said they raid Kara 2 days early in the week.

We don't expect instant success once we go into Gruuls of course so it will be a bit painful at first but I'm sure everyone will know the fight once we have made multiple attempts. Of course, we plan on working on the partying with them until both guilds feel comfortable enough to step into Gruuls so it might be a few weeks before we go 25 man it.

Update: Eolsurion had another meeting with us and he was thinking of a time of 1pm on Sundays. Some input from everyone would be appreciated so we can find what time works for everyone interested.

Sundays are our continuation day for Kara, so I'm not sure what the impact will be. We might have a few people who can do Gruuls or Kara, but not both.

For me, it won't be too much of an issue until the fall semester starts up.

i would prefer doing this later at night and looking at the possability of moving the kara to another night, dunno if that is a possability. i would very much like to attend however as i work till 4pm server it makes this hard

The 1pm Sunday thing works for me but prolly not Ethira. The 2 constants that she is usually off are like Monday and Friday, sometimes Tuesdays. Saturdays and Sundays at about anytime are good for me and then after 6 preferrably 7 on weekdays. Whatever times we come up with we'll try to make work for us I know we're both excited about it. Ethy even went as far as requesting the 13th off to make sure she'll be able to attend,
