Starting this month and on the second Tuesday of every month, we will be running a "Retarded Random Captioned Image of the Day." The caption attached to the picture will be roughly the same (it's also an inside joke only 'goons would understand--and it probably requires TeamSpeak to accurately convey). Pictures are selected in order to limit the possibility of insulting any particular group of people. However, be aware that due to the nature of the Retarded RCIOTD, it's entirely possible that some poor bloke is going to find his mugshot here. This monthly installment is also synonymous with "Retardation of the Month."
