Oh god that was good. Can't say I ever ran into any of that when I was on an RP server. But, I suspected as much from one guildie and another who were having a 'thing' in game.

I've seen this website on many different occasions, and it makes me laugh every single time. Laughing though, there are some very strange people that patrol the realm of Warcraft. I know Thal, as well as female players will attest to that.

Online love, especially in game can only be laughed at. I once thought to defend it, but in the end--You're all alone.

The best event came when a level 1 human paladin whispered me while I was on my druid (of all the solicitations I get, it's ALWAYS when I'm on the druid... guess people like her). Here's a rough--paraphrased, as I can't remember it in its glorious detail, nor did I screenshot it like a dummy--recreation:

Him: wanna cyber?
Me: Sure. I hope you're into animals.
Him [after a long pause]: yes
Me: Good! It's rutting season.
(At this point, I turn into bearform and send my next whisper.)
Me: I cast Dire Bear form and one-shot you with my maul, leaving your broken corpse bleeding on the cobblestones. I lift your limp body in my mighty jaw, a potent symbol of my victory over evolution--you, my next meal--remain the loser.
(I paused for a moment to let this soak in but didn't get a reply.)
Me: You like?
Player is ignoring you.

I guess he liked it.
