Well, this was my first "real" heroic and certainly a first for some of us (especially as an all-guild heroic run). We did very well, managing to down The Maker (he was easy mode, surprisingly enough) in a one-shot. The room before the second boss did give us some trouble, however, and we decided to halt it at that point. At least the first guy isn't too far in and was an easy badge to earn.

In retrospect, I think the thing that was most problematic was that we weren't dropping the mobs fast enough before the final set of doors opened. Perhaps it just means that more DPS is needed up to that point (though, I don't know how that would fare once we reach the demons). It's a learning experience for us all, though, and one that was very well done!

A number of us still need to work on our Sha'tar reputation, too, before venturing into a heroic Mechanar or the likes. This was definitely a good start, though. I enjoyed it.

From my point of view it's tougher than it looks. I realize that if the mob isn't picked up or I don't sheep the other one in time, it could be a group wipe. If one of those guys hit me once I'm almost dead, lol!

I liked it because we had to concentrate on even the trash mobs. Controlling agro and playing smart is what I like. It was fun.

Hehe, very true! We advanced with more caution than we do in most instances.
