Ugh, it's been a long couple of days here at the house. Have had t put life on hold as it were due to lack of my grphics system. I barred my teeth yesterday and today at the peeps at HP and Comp USA.. . and now I wait until monday to hear from a case manager . . yaya fun!

First we thought it ws the OS . . then we thought it was the hard drive . . hell no! It's the freaking motherboard that's gone. It will boot . . but brely and will give an error. What . . you want me to run a hard disk diagnosis during start up? (result . . test 1 of 07 failed) oh joy! Oh . . install windows XP? Sure, why not . . . (wait for it . . wait for it), hard drive not found!

Durrr . . . so anyway . . I have been looking at macs a lot . . more than I ever had before. I did have interest but the interface overwhelmed me last time I looked and I bought an HP instead. BAD DECISION! Any hoot . . I am now on my spanking new mac . . which has not crashed . . froze or glitched since I got it (which is more than I can say from widows. I am running parallels however . . to have XP as a program . . since my fractal program is windows based only. Otherwise, windows is erased from my memory log.

I hope to be on in the game later this week. . once I find all my WOW disks . . install em and update. Jamie and I will be MIA from Monday - Thursday watching the house for one of his co-workers.

Damn windows crashing . . stupid HP . . sucky tech support . . lousey paper weight!

Ick, HP...

About the only thing they do well is making printers--and even then, I sometimes wonder... (In all due fairness, I've had the same HP printer for a while now and never had a lick of trouble with it. The parts in their systems are of a subpar quality, IMO.)

The Mac will bring you success but it may take you a little bit to get used to it. Leave it to Blizzard to allow you to play their games on Mac too
