They've released the
next content for the Tower of Nightmares and something caught my eye in their notes.
All permanent gathering tools will now be account bound rather than soulbound.
Previously purchased permanent gathering tools can be upgraded to account-bound versions by unequipping them and bringing them to a Black Lion Weapons Specialist.
This is good news for those of us that grabbed at least one of each tool early on. Whole lot of other goodies in the patch so make sure to browse over it!
