GW2 patch notes for your viewing pleasure.
And for the obligatory use of our recent favorite word:
Twilight Arbor
Additional turrets that spawn further out from the Nightmare Tree have been added.
FIXED.
Seems to be the only dungeon fix that they noted worth mentioning. Besides that, everything else is run of the mill. There's only one path where that tree spawns turrets anyways and they were easy to kill.
