I guess the missing button was enough of a sore point that they're sort of re-adding it. Unfortunately, near as I can tell, they have no intention to re-implement the start menu itself, and the start button will still direct users to Metrothe Start Screen. It reads to me as a partial admission of fault with no intention of fully correcting what complaints drove them to this point in the first place.

Good game, Microsoft! Just last week there were the rumors about charging people who borrow friend's games and potentially killing off the used game market which took about 6-7 days for MS to backtrack and reverse the claims. Now this. I have no idea what the people running the show are thinking (are they?) but this is getting hilarious.
