Arenanet Employee's play with the players too!

Something I read over on Reddit sort of showed what kind of company Arenanet is. They are actually able to play the game with players. What I thought was interesting, someone mentioned they were playing with someone that was with Arenanet that actually was farming an event. Could've been just some bug testing for all we know but I'd like to believe they have to farm for items just like us!

Seems like they're following many of the suggestions in Rework (excellent book, by the way). If more companies did stuff like that, the gaming industry would be a very different place.
I gave that lich a phylactery shard. Liches love phylactery shards.
