One Kepler investigator seems to think so.
Keep in mind that this information was released far ahead of NASA's intent, so there's some upset with the guy who spilled the beans. A cursory read of the article suggests to me that this data hasn't been fully confirmed yet, so don't get too excited. There's also a link to the TED video if you're into that sort of thing.
