Hmm. This thing is pretty cool. You can even see eachothers' gear, builds, skills, reputation, and even what buffs I have on.

When I was class leader when raiding, I so wish we had this. You can see specs, Profession skill levels, etc. In other words, it ensures you're not giving a shadow priest healing gear, or a level 150 enchanter a level 300 recipe.

Pretty damn cool, no more surprises.
