As it turns out, Epsilon Eridani (9th closest system to our own) has a composition scientists believe to be very similar to ours during a comparable stage of evolution. Incidentally, E. Eridani's first asteroid belt is almost as far away from the parent star as ours at about 3 AU.
Sure, some of our visitors may not care all that much, but it's an exciting time to be alive!
