After reading that I'm a bit curious if the patch happens tomorrow. If it does I'm so up for Ulduar this week or next. yeah, could be a suicide mission but might be fun!
Update: Patch is on for tomorrow according to a blue post. As of this morning its slightly questionable since for some reason my client isn't doing the update so guess I'll find out after work today.

Could that be that you've already downloaded the whole thing? It certainly seems like the patch has to be today -- the window they had up last night for the extended maintenance was absurdly long.
By the way, I've gotten Caelian about 4-5 new pieces of equipment in the last three days from heroics and badges
