^-- This is why you're supposed to retract the landing gear on an amphibious aircraft. Yeah, that's right--the tired create drag when they hit the water. Sucks. The sad thing is that it appeared to be a perfect approach, too.

^-- Super Connies were known for really smokey starts. The video isn't as good as the comments, though. "OMG IT'S SUPPOSED 2 DO THAT?" Yeah, it's called old technology. Maybe it made an ecofreak or two get sick.
