Hopefully you'll be getting it within a week. MS isn't exactly fast about processing paperwork, unfortunately.

I agree with Sno on this one; I've been using the RC for a number of months, and it's probably the best Windows release I've ever used. Color me impressed, but MS really outdid themselves with this (and I seriously think the public beta helped out a LOT).
Amazon, however, can kiss my extraordinarily pale posterior as it looks as if I won't be getting my copy until NEXT week. Time to write a nasty note--not that it'll remedy the situation, but it'll sure make me feel a helluva lot better.

I agree. The mass public beta was the baby that marketing and innovation had after an eight hour orgy. As for Amazon, I can safely say I won't be ordering any prereleases from them from this point forward. They screwed your white posterior on this one... and it ain't right.
