Basically: Nothing much. However...

There are new moderation options. Since officers have moderator status, you should have access to the moderator control panel
RSS feeds are now supported. If you have a specific need to subscribe to feeds to keep an eye on things through a reader of some sort, you now have this option.
Behind the scenes, but... new administrative options. This will allow us better control over the forum in addition to fine tuning permissions and such. Again, not something you can see but it makes life easier for the admins.
New layout. I'm not completely pleased with the changes I made to prosilver (and prosilver kinda sucks to begin with), so expect to see further modifications. I'm also accepting suggestions to make the UI a little cleaner and/or easier to read, but don't be offended if your suggestion isn't accepted outright.
We're going to do some funny things that'll lighten the mood and probably encourage people to view the site more regularly. I can't tell you what they are yet. It's a secret.
There's also a statistics button somewhere for those of you who are into that sort of thing.
We can now have subforums. Check the gaming forum for an example.
There's a few other things, too, but most of which are fairly unimportant.
