If you're using Google Chrome, you should have been updated to the latest version (10.0.648.134). If not, restart the browser. This version addresses the recent vulnerabilities found in Adobe Flash.
If you're using Firefox, you should install Flashblock or similar. (Adblock will not work.)
If you're using MSIE, there are several upgrade options available.

Don't worry, I only use IE for my banking and my free internet pr0n.
