Here is a petition by Terenas players to get a free transfer for all of your characters. I do recommend that we post in it to get a whole free account transfer to a lag free server.
Post in it and pass it on to your friends on Terenas.

Hopefully they will fix Terenas. If not, this is a viable option. The only problem I can forsee is that unfortunately, not everyone will get notice and be able to transfer their characters freely within the appropriate window. I think Vest is still on vacation, for example.
I gave that lich a phylactery shard. Liches love phylactery shards.
