The next living story content, Bazaar of the Four Winds, starts up on July 9th. Now this update is bringing some big things. Looks like our achievement points will actually start netting us interesting goodies. Follow the link and read all about it!

I noticed this while reading the article on the Bazaar of the Four Winds:
I'm a bit curious about what they mean by home instance. Is it how they refer to their gathering nodes or do we actually get an instance that is our own home? Or, are they just saying its a new node that's unique per world we end up on including overflow. We shall see!
Personal Quartz Node
Once you complete the meta achievement for this release, your home instance will have a daily resource node, allowing you to harvest Quartz at your leisure . Quartz is a new material being introduced in this release and will be used to craft new recipes!

It probably means one node on your "home" server that you can harvest once a day.
I gave that lich a phylactery shard. Liches love phylactery shards.
