It's been awhile since they sent us backers a update but they did it in style with a
funny video showing us some early alpha footage of vehicle damage with appropriately timed music, enjoy!

Looks like they're pretty close, too. If they're this far along with the physics simulation/collision, I'd imagine it's mostly a matter of finishing up the game levels, races, and a few other mechanics. Early access is gonna be fun. They'll probably have some balancing work to do, though.
