Service disruption, Dec 3rd
Posted: Thu Dec 03, 2015 1:33 amThere will be a service disruption sometime during the day on December 3rd while I migrate the goon services to unprivileged systemd-nspawn containers. This migration will likely start around 11am-1pm and may result in extended disruptions of up to 15 minutes. During this time, you may expect to receive 500-level error messages and/or timeouts.
I will be moving all goon-related services into their own container during this time. TeamSpeak and blackravendragoons.com will both be affected, but I expect these services will be offline for only a brief period as they are already in the container that I must move the forums into.
Once this migration is complete, the nspawn container can be moved at a future date to Josh's machine with minimal service disruption.
If you are on TeamSpeak during this window, you may be disconnected temporarily.
