It must be nice to have such a brain dead following that you can convince them of nearly everything imaginable--including the notion that fingerprint recognition technology on your devices is far more advanced than anything else on the market. Except that there's one small problem: It's not.

Now, do you mean that from the perspective of finger-prints-unlike-passcodes-are-left-behind-everywhere or you-have-to-take-your-gloves-off-when-it's-damn-cold-outside-to-unlock-this-stupid-piece-of-crap?

Well, I was thinking that this isn't particularly exciting, to start with. Secondly, I expect it to have hardware malfunctions. Lastly, I'm guessing the potential hacks will somehow turn into a big pain in the butt, though I can't predict how.

I would think that should only apply if you plan on using your buttprint to unlock it?
