Black Raven Dragoons

Here's a detailed list as to what intervals you get a chance to pick skins when you obtain different achievement levels. The table stops at 10k but worth planning out what you want. This makes me want to rethink some of my armor and weapon skin choices but worth checking out. I'm sure we can go beyond 10k eventually.
