patch 1.2 Preview video

I picked this up in my RSS feed from SWTOR.com. Looks like patch 1.2 is carrying some major changes and they look very well done according to the eye candy in the video. Lots of legacy stuff ranging from talents, races, and family trees. I think I saw a Chiss smuggler! I saw an agent use force choke and a sith warrior use a flame thrower. Interesting indeed! There's going to be a new flashpoint as well as a new operation and new gear as well as the gear color matching system they had back in beta is going to be released finally. Things are looking pretty slick. I wonder if we can establish a common color scheme with that gear painting system so the guild has certain guild colors(example: a combination of black and gold). That would be sweet! But anyways, hit the link up above to catch everything I didn't list.

Like in vanilla WoW: Molten Core, 40 man raid, Alliance side... no shamans possible, shaman gear drops. Twice. This actually happened on one of the runs Josh dragged me on with Shadow Allegiance way back then...

If they can already get a loot table for an instance, it's not much of a stretch to examine the party/raid composition and randomly select from the available classes. Although, I guess this is somewhat harder for gear that doesn't have a specific class-only equip tag, but raid-tier gear should have some sort of metadata for class affinity, even if it's not wearable only by them.

at the same time if warriors and bounty hunters are there Willpower gear is not needed.
