Server update July 30th
Posted: Sat Jul 30, 2016 12:21 amI'll be updating the software on my server July 30th, probably between noon and 1:30PM MDT. Or rather, it's already been updated, the server just needs a reboot for a new kernel.
Minecraft should be back up. It took a little longer than expected.
I ran into some issues with my NFS server, but more importantly, I forgot that a kernel update doesn't automatically enable user namespace support. So, I had to rebuild the kernel, reinstall, and reboot again. Otherwise, it would've only taken a few minutes.
