Black Raven Dragoons

I've installed the Minecart Mania plugin, including autocart. Currently, I have autocart only set to interact with players. It appears that autocart makes minecarts extremely difficult to interact with (they launch at max velocity). We'll try it for a little while; if it's too much of a pain, I will disable it.
