Ok, now that most of my real life drama is starting to settle down, I'm looking for 8 or more 'Goons to join me in some guild achievements. More specifically, getting the guild the achievements for old raids. If any are interested, let me know here and I'll work on setting up a time on the guild calendar for some boss stompage.

Hello all just wanted to get some info on what you all thought about for this achievement.
Earth, Wind & Fire (10 Player)

Ive seen the Videos on it both form a tank and Dps side and from the fire/earth to the wind boss side of things. here ill post them for you to watch tell me what you this?

This ones post Patch 4.0.1 but still you can get an idea on how and where to be from a Dps point of view.

This ones from a Tanks perspective you dont get to see the wind boss go down but you can notice some cross taunting from the two tanks so they can stay above the healers threat. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V3fOXp0HLQk

Theres more Videos on it so feel free to look them up but heres the underlining stratgy for the whole encounter.
Optimal group makeup:
3 tanks
3 heals
4 dps
Main Tactics:
Koralon is pulled first (soft enrage can be geared for and healed through) and burned down to around 50% before kiting him to Archavon's room.
In Archavon's room Koralon is brought to around/under 10% very quickly and DPS swap to Archavon (this gives ample time to beat Archie's 5min enrage timer).
When Archavon's health is getting to around/under 10%, (about 3:30 minutes into the fight) 1 tank, 1 healer, and all DPS head over to Emalon.
The other 2 tanks and 2 healers stay on Koralon and Archavon in Archavons room and positioning and taunting tactics is key to surviving.
Emalon starts getting burnt down leaving Koralon and Archavon to the two tanks to finish up.

There is potential for that achievement to happen, Sunder. I just picked up Dungeondave from the new guild finder last night and he is a prot/holy paladin. We might be able to convince him to tank or heal for us thus filling one of the spots we need filled for that. I'll work on a head count and see if we can't get some of these guys online at the same time. The other hurdle is a day and time that works for everyone. I realize its old content but there is the potential for those bosses to kill us still, heh.

Oh yeah, and we need to have control of Wintergrasp of course.

Going off the top of my head, I know that Jargath, Sunder, Suzi, Mono, Dungeondave and my paladin have heal specs/classes. I know that Sunder, Menecea, Dungeondave, and my warrior have tank specs/classes. DPS can be easily filled. Knowing that we are all carrying some great lvl 85 gear those bosses may not last long so we will have to time our kills or shout out percentages. Damage shouldn't be too great from the bosses but the game does tend to surprise us. Hell, if things work out, we could do this this weekend real fast.
